Any call or email made after our office hours will be followed up on the next business day. If you have an appointment with one of our care staff overnight or early morning, feel free to ask them questions or have them contact one of our administrators.

We have a free window of 48 hours prior to canceling services without charge. If a client is confirmed and “no shows” we charge them 1 hour's worth of service.
